There is no minimum order value. Delivery is charged once per order, not per item, so ordering several tools together costs no more to ship than one.

Dispatch times

Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Each product page states which applies. Our kits are hand-assembled in small batches, so some are built to order rather than held on the shelf.

If you have a workshop or training date to hit, email ben@futurefactory.co.uk before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet it. We would rather tell you honestly than miss your date.

Transit times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days in the UK, 3–7 working days in the EU, and 7–14 working days elsewhere. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and customs processing can extend them.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the delivery charge shown at checkout.

If you need commodity codes, a commercial invoice or specific customs paperwork for your organisation, contact us before ordering and we will provide it.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves us.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or later than expected, contact ben@futurefactory.co.uk and we will put it right. Please check the contents of your kit on arrival, as missing components are far easier to resolve quickly.
